Step-by-step walkthrough

Becoming a Preferred Customer

Takes about 5 minutes. Once it's done you immediately see wholesale pricing on everything in the store.

Go to the store and click "Join"
Visit 3401.youngevity.com/us_en/ and look for the "Join" or "Become a Member" button — usually in the top right corner or the main menu.
💡 Make sure you're on Craig's store (3401.youngevity.com) so he's properly credited as your distributor.

Select "Preferred Customer"
You'll see options for Preferred Customer and Distributor. Choose Preferred Customer for wholesale pricing without the business component.

Fill out the short enrollment form
Name, address, email, and payment for the annual membership fee. Takes 2–3 minutes. Your information is secure through Youngevity's encrypted checkout.
💡 Annual fee: The fee is typically waived or reduced if you're placing an order at the same time — and automatically waived if you order $100+ during the year.

Start shopping at wholesale prices
That's it. Your account is active immediately. Log back in and you'll see wholesale pricing applied across the entire catalog — the same prices Craig and Janet pay.

What does "wholesale" actually mean?
Wholesale pricing is the price Youngevity charges its distributors — typically 20–30% below retail. As a Preferred Customer you get the same price a distributor pays. On a product that retails for $50, you'd pay $35–40. On a monthly order that adds up fast.
What if I decide I don't want it?
You can cancel your Preferred Customer membership at any time. There's no long-term commitment. If you don't order at least $100 in a year, you'll pay the renewal fee — but you can also simply let it lapse if you're done.
What is Distributor #3401?
That's Craig and Janet's distributor number. When you sign up through their store, Craig is noted as your referring distributor. This means you can contact him directly with questions — before and after you sign up. He reads every message personally.

Select "Distributor" and choose an enrollment kit
Choose Distributor from the options. You'll select an enrollment kit — these bundle products with your signup. Choose the kit that matches the conditions you want to address or share with others.
💡 The Healthy Body Start Pak is the most popular enrollment kit and the one Craig recommends for most new distributors.

Complete your enrollment form
Name, address, Social Security or Tax ID (required by law for commission payments), and payment. Youngevity uses this to process any commission payments you earn.

Your store is live — start earning
You'll get your own replicated Youngevity store with your distributor number. Share your store link and you earn commissions on every order placed through it. Craig is available to help you understand the compensation structure.
💡 Annual renewal: $49.95/year to keep your distributor status active. Covered many times over by even moderate monthly sales.
How does the commission work?
Youngevity uses a multi-level compensation plan. You earn a percentage on every order placed by customers you enroll and on orders from distributors you bring in. Contact Craig for a full explanation of the compensation structure before you sign up.
Do I have to sell to become a distributor?
No. Many distributors sign up purely to get wholesale pricing and the option to earn commissions if they want to later. You're not required to sell a minimum amount to maintain your status (though you do need to renew annually).
What's the difference from Preferred Customer?
Same wholesale pricing. The difference: distributors can earn commissions on sales and build a team. Preferred Customers cannot. If you're not interested in the business side — Preferred Customer is simpler and cheaper.

Autoship — the easiest way to save more

Once you're a Preferred Customer or Distributor, Autoship gives you an additional discount on top of your already-reduced wholesale price — and makes sure you never run out mid-month.

How autoship works

Set up a monthly order for the products you take regularly. Youngevity ships automatically on the date you choose. You can skip, pause, or cancel any time — there's no penalty and no minimum commitment.

The benefit: Autoship orders get an additional discount on top of your Preferred Customer or Distributor wholesale price. On a $150/month order that adds up to real savings over a year.

Craig's recommendation: set up Autoship on your first order. You can always adjust quantities or swap products later — and you'll never miss a month because you forgot to reorder.
